Director of Facilitators
The Director of Facilitators is a senior role at Chocolate Milk Café and in this role you will administer and coordinate our certified facilitators training, as well as, manage all volunteer facilitators. The facilitators are the members of the organization who manage the chapters across the country. The Director of Facilitators is responsible for developing and managing the resources linked to how facilitators become members of the organization and how they maintain their status within the organization at the national level.
- You are a visionary leader who enjoys setting goals, outlining strategic plans for achieving those goals and providing the resources to deliver results.
- You are strategic in thinking to assess the program with the number of volunteers we already have and generate ideas to further develop its success.
- You have well-developed management skills to include providing us with the training and resources we need to meet goals, as well as prioritising tasks to yield high performance in a timely manner.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You have strong decision-making skills.
- You are adaptable to respond positively to changes as they come given we are a start-up non-profit organization.

Director of Communications
The Director of Communications oversees the management of how information is distributed within the Chocolate Milk Café organization and publicly on a national level. This role entails streamlining the Chocolate Milk Cafe mission to make it more manageable for members of our community to access and understand.

- You have the creativity to produce exciting and interesting content
- You contain organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects while working on a deadline or in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy working with non-profit start-ups.
- You have the analytical skills to solve problems and find the best way to convey a message
- You work well on a team and have the ability to lead and motivate our staff to produce high-level, brand-driven content
- Experience with start-up non-profit development
- Have a strong set of written and verbal skills as well as problem-solving capabilities
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism preferred
Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the execution of our national programs. Your role would be to effectively communicate programming to facilitators, donors, and community leadership. The Program Manager also assists in developing evaluation surveys to track the impact of Chocolate Milk Café programming.

Media Coordinator
The Media Coordinator is responsible for management of all media outlets for the organization. They can hold one distinct role or both; Social Media or Digital. Social media contains all content distributed across all social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc. Digital Media relates to all content distributed across the web by Chocolate Milk Café; email, website/blog, newsletters, and even articles on other platforms.

- You have great project management and organizational skills
- Experience with developing social media campaigns on various platforms
- Comfortable with developing reels to highlight CMC
Fundraising Coordinator
The Fundraising Coordinator works closely with the board, the executive director, and the director of finances to implement a fundraising plan for the organization and chapters. This role requires managing and engaging with our donors to ensure they receive updated information about the organization.
- You have excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills
- You are able to manage 2 fundraising campaigns within a calendar year
- You are able to communicate effectively
- You are well organized and personable
- You are good at troubleshooting
- You have sound knowledge of the internet and technological skills
- Experience with start-up non-profit development
- Comfortable with articulating the organization’s financial needs and support from the community
Promotions Manager
The Promotions Manager works directly with the Branding department and Communications team to manage the promotional needs of the organization and chapters. This position requires identifying ways to promote the organization at the national and local levels. Your role would be to coordinate the promotional materials for the entire organization.

Grants Coordinator
The Grants Coordinator serves as lead support when pursuing grants and funding for Chocolate Milk Café. The coordinator also works alongside the Program Manager, Administration team , and Fundraising team. The coordinator will also assist in identifying, defining, and developing funding sources to support existing and planned program activities as well as lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals to federal, state, and private funding agencies.

Website Manager
The Website Manager is responsible for ensuring all information on the website is up to date and communicates with the web designer, when needed. You will also be expected to review our traffic and manage the functionality of the website.
- You are familiar with WordPress
- Have experience with SEO and analytics
- You have the willingness to learn
- Reading and writing comprehension skills
- Must be able to check your work and others
- Able to view the website from multiple devices
All positions within our organization are currently volunteer. We are working towards finding funding to support our growth, capacity building and operational management.
